Table set-up service: The social hall tables will be set up according to your desired table/chair layout prior to your 8-hour. A layout map must be provided to the Newport News Scottish Rite Facility Agent 10 days prior to the event.

Social Hall Cleanup Service: This service includes wiping and tearing down tables, sweeping the floor, spot mopping spills. All decorations left behind will be forfeited. Guest is responsible for trash removal.
$200. Including trash removal $250.

Kitchen Cleanup Service: This service includes wiping countertops & sinks, sweeping floors, mopping spills, as well as rinsing trash receptacles of any spills. Any food left behind in warmer or refrigerators will be disposed of.
Guest is responsible for trash removal.
$100. Including trash removal $150.

Auditorium Cleanup: This service includes checking seats and backstage for trash and lost items, vacuuming the backstage bathrooms, sweeping the stage, and vacuuming the auditorium floor. This service includes trash removal from building.
